  • Employees choosing to leave are expensive. Costs include:
    • Leave entitlements for employee
    • Recruitment including an advertisement, selection process and training
    • Loss of experience, skills and knowledge
  • Reasons for leaving usually relate to dissatisfaction with:
    • Culture of the business
    • Management styles
    • Lack of acknowledgement
    • Lack of input
